This website is operated by Rivers Edge, Inc., a software company registered in Tennessee, USA. We develop and support Auto Plus, a customer-hosted ACES and PIES catalog management platform for the automotive aftermarket industry.

Information We Collect

We collect information only when you choose to provide it. The only active data collection point on this website is the demo request form.

Demo Request Form

When you submit a demo request through our demo request page, we collect the following:

• First and last name
• Company name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company website (optional)
• Any message or context you choose to include (optional)

This information is submitted through Formspree, a third-party form processing service. See the Third-Party Services section below for details on how Formspree handles your data.

Information We Do Not Collect

This website does not use analytics, advertising networks, tracking pixels, or behavioral profiling of any kind. We do not collect data about how you browse the site, what pages you visit, or how long you spend on any page.

How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through the demo request form is used for one purpose: to schedule and prepare for your demo with the Rivers Edge team.

Specifically, we use your contact information to:

• Confirm your demo request and agree on a time
• Prepare a demo relevant to your catalog situation based on any context you provided
• Follow up after the demo if you have questions

We do not add you to marketing lists, newsletters, or automated email sequences without your explicit consent. We do not sell, rent, license, or share your contact information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Third-Party Services

This website uses two external services. Both are limited to functional roles.

Formspree

Demo request form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a form backend service. When you submit the demo request form, your form data is transmitted to and stored by Formspree on our behalf, and then forwarded to our email. Formspree's handling of your data is governed by their own Privacy Policy. We use Formspree solely to receive your form submission — we do not use it for any marketing or tracking purpose.

Google Fonts

This website loads fonts (Cormorant Garamond and Outfit) from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser requests these fonts, Google's servers receive your IP address as part of a standard HTTP request. Google Fonts does not set cookies for font delivery. Google's data practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

We retain demo request submissions for as long as necessary to manage the sales relationship. If you were never an active customer and wish to have your information removed, contact us at rebsiinfo@rebsi.com and we will delete it promptly.

Children's Privacy

This website is directed at business professionals in the automotive aftermarket industry. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Because this website does not collect email addresses for marketing purposes, we cannot notify you of changes directly — please check this page periodically if you have a concern.
